Cade Ratcliff has been writing, producing, recording, mixing, and mastering music for the past 10 years. He started Cherrybox Mixing and Mastering in 2024, but has been involved in numerous projects over the years. From working as a stagehand in live performances, to a dedicated FOH engineer, and then recording and producing artists and bands, Cade pulls from years of first hand experience in making performances come to life both in and outside the studio.

He’s worked on projects ranging from Indie Rock to Dream Pop, Singer Songwriter to Country, Americana and Math Rock. Cade’s philosophy is that each genre and song asks for something unique. Being able to listen for this unique need, and to communicate clearly with artists about the vision they have for their songs, is a major focus for Cade and for Cherrybox Mixing and Mastering.
